This apartment was exactly as described. Quiet street, a few good restaurants just a 2 minute walk. The bedrooms are up the spiral staircase. Katriina was a wonderful, responsive host.

Sun-drenched, spotless and beautifully equipped. We cooked every night and worked every day without a hitch. Would book again in a heartbeat.

This was the second time that we stayed at Katriina's place. I can highly recommend it for remote workers. Stable internet, two desks with office chairs and plenty of room to focus.

Bright, quiet and incredibly comfortable. The rooftop terrace was perfect for sundowners and Katriina's tips on local tapas bars were spot on.

Amazing place if you plan on working remotely. The apartment has two desks in separate rooms. Stable and fast wifi, comfy sofa, and close to multiple restaurants and transport.

A real home away from home. Fast wifi, two proper workspaces and a great bed. Murcia is underrated — wonderful food and lovely people.

We stayed a whole month over winter to escape the cold. Warm, sunny and everything just works. The monthly rate is fantastic value.
